TMFC Inspired to make it 3 wins in a row!!

Tooronga-Malvern is coming off two impressive wins against Dingley and Springvale Districts.  This week sees us return to Dunlop reserve to take on old time rival Heatherton.  No doubt the boys will have further inspiration to impress all the ladies attending the “TMFC Ladies Day” which is being held during the Seniors in the Social Rooms.   If you or someone you know is interested in attending you can contact either Renae 0400 959 283 or Alise on 0434 127 580 ASAP.   Simmo shouldn’t be surprised to see Dooey and a few others playing very wide on the Social Club wing.   All supporters are encouraged to come on down and support the teams on Saturday.  The Bert Liddell Club will be in full swing.  I believe Jimmy Shannon will be turning the burgers and snags.

TMFC makes a solid start to the season

Tooronga-Malvern made a solid start last week in the Seniors but were worn down by a determined East Brighton outfit while the reserves kicked off the year with a good win away. This week Tooronga-Malvern plays away again against Chelsea Heights who don't look like they have lost much from last year. This week promises to be a tough road trip so get down and support the club.

Next Practice Match - TMFC vs Highet

The SFL is looking red faced after the cancellation of the Pre-Seaon competition. Many clubs would have had their pre season interupted and we all have to make the best of it. Last weekend TMFC took on Clayton land considering the temperature and lack of numbers we performed pretty well. We now look forward to the next practice match against Highet where we should have boosted player stocks.

Details are as follows:

TMFC v Highett
Saturday 27th
Basil Reserve, Stonnington
Note: There will be two games (Seniors and Reserves) will be played.
